Between 2015 and 2019, Asateen Group spearheaded a comprehensive reconstruction initiative in collaboration with the private sector. The project aimed to address the aftermath of conflict by undertaking various reconstruction projects in affected areas. Key components included erecting housing units for refugees, sewage stations, electric power generation systems, caravans with integrated sewage and electricity networks, construction of housing units and schools, and the renovation and reconstruction of healthcare facilities and infrastructure.

1. Housing Unit for Refugees:

- The initiative involved the construction of housing units for refugees, providing safe and secure living spaces for those affected by conflict.


2. Sewage Stations and Power Generation Systems:

3. Caravans with Comprehensive Infrastructure:

- 1500 caravans were erected, complete with sewage and electricity networks. The project included the pouring of floors, ensuring the functionality and comfort of the living spaces.


4. Construction of Housing Units and Schools:

- The initiative included the construction of 50 housing units in Fallujah governorate and the establishment of 10 schools, addressing crucial needs for shelter and education.


5. Renovation of Healthcare Facilities:

- The project encompassed the renovation and reconstruction of Fallujah Teaching Hospital and Maternity Hospital, contributing to the improvement of healthcare infrastructure.


6. Infrastructure Rehabilitation:

- Rehabilitation efforts extended to roads, bridges, and street paving in liberated areas in Anbar, aiming to restore connectivity and accessibility.
